nutri system review

I have always struggled a bit with my weight, was a fat teenager and even fatter adult.

My weight always going up and down but I could never maintain what I though was my ideal weight.

I honesty must have tried every diet going over the last 15 years with little success and in the process spend thousands of dollars.

Just over 6 months ago I came across the NutriSystem website. I decided to give it a go as I had felt I had nothing to lose.

This for me was going to be the last straw as my weight had ballooned (yet again).

The first think I would say about NutriSystem is that it is NOT a miracle diet. The system is ideal if you have a fast pace life still or are a single person. The support they offer from the website is also excellent.

The cost of NutriSystem averages $8 per day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I’m not down to my ideal weight YET, but I have lost 36 pounds in the last 6 months!

The program may not be for everyone but I can honestly say that anyone I have recommended NutriSystem has lost weight and more importantly has kept the weight off.
